A $15 late fee will be applied if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged the full service amount.

100% cancellation fee for same-day cancellations or no call/no shows. 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

No services will be provided until all outstanding fees are paid in full. 

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not secured until deposit is paid. 

A fee of $25 per hour will be charged for reties that take longer than 4 hours. 

Extra charges will apply for excessive detangling and matting. 

Squeeze in appointments are $50 charge, please text or call to inquire about additional availability.

A one-time fee of $25 will be charged for transfer clients. 

All sales are final—no refunds on products or services. If you’re not satisfied with your service, please communicate your concerns before leaving your appointment. 

Communication is essential! If you're running late, please notify me as soon as possible. I may still be able to accommodate you for the day.
